1. With one ecard, everyone in your family including grandma and grandpa can announce their new addition via email to their friends so easily. One for all!
2. You do not have to deal with any technical issues. All you have to know is how to email photographs. Fast and Easy! 3. No paper is used to create an online birth announcement. Environmental-friendly! 4. There will be no pop-up or any kind of advertisement. No advertisement! 5. No set up fee, no monthly fee, you pay only for the creation service. Affordable! 6. Our service is not an automated system, so each e-card will be one of the kind. Custom-ecard! Q3. I know nothing about website. I only do emails and web browsing occasionally. If you know how to email, we will take care the rest. No web knowledge needed.
Q4. What will my URL (e-card address) be? http://babymomento.com/ (your preference) or (default will be baby's firstname + middlename)
Q5. What format and size should the photos be? Format should be "jpeg". Size can be "as it is" (no need to be compressed).
Q6. What is "format"? What is "jpeg"? What is "size"????? Don't worry. Just send us the photos you took with your digital camera.
Q7. Can the photos be snapshots?Yes it can be. Any photos will be fine but if they are taken by professional photographers you
must clear the copyright issues with him/her before sending the photos to us. We will not be responsible for that matter. However, we will personally contact the photographer how to credit him/ her on the e-card eventually. **Copyright Release Form for professional photographers: Q8. Can the photos be used as it is? Depending on the composition of the designs, we will crop the photos and present them
the best way possible. Q9. Can I print out the ecard?Yes, you can take a screen-shot yourself and print it out. But please remember this is web-base
service. Screen (72DPI) and print (300DPI or more) are totally different. Printing out what you see on the screen will not bring you quality resolution. So far, we do not provide any print material or service. Q10. Can you do "Thank You" or "Baby shower" e-card instead? Yes. Please inform when you place an order.
Q11. Can I present my baby’s first and middle name only? Yes. During the ordering process you will be asked for your preference.
Q12. Is it possible to change the measurement units? (Inches, centimeters, lbs, oz, g, kg...etc)Yes. During the ordering process you will be able to choose your preference.
Q13. Will the designs be exactly same as the demos?Yes it will be. However, font size and compositions will vay depending on your baby's name
and information since it will be custom made. Q14. I want to add a small message to my friends and families, is that possible? Mostly yes but not always. It will depend on the design you choose.
Q15. What's your turn around? Approximately 1-3 days after receiving the photos.
Q16. How can I pay?Credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discovery) thru Paypal.
Q17. What is your cancelation / refund policy?You may cancel your order anytime if before the payment is made.
There will be no cancellation fee. Once the payment is made, there will be no refund. Q18. How does your print service work?Babymomento only take custom order for print service. We design/
customize and provide you the data. Choose your own printing company or print it by yourself at home! Size and product (poster, post card, greeting card, photo book, etc) are all up to you. Price range from $50.00. Please contact for further question. Q19. Do you do custom ecard?Yes. Birth announcement, pregnancy announcement, party
invitation.....as you wish. Q20. What other language do you support?- All the characters and alphabet words that are suported by standard US keybord.
