Photograph: The subject of the photos' guardian agrees to the process of the card creation and grant permission to the photographers to send the photographs to Babymomento. The photographs you submit may be cropped and resized according to the design of the card. Babymomento respects the copy-right of the photography. The photographs will not be distributed or used in anyways other than the creation of your order.
E-card: Each of the e-cards will be created using Flash, HTML, CSS, and/or javascript. For viewing Flash e-cards, each viewer will need Flash Player installed in their computers. As for browser capability, the e-cards are best view with Safari 3.1 or over, Firefox2.0 or over, and MSIE7.0 or over. Please understand that Babymomento do not cover all browsers.
